In this role, you will join our Information Technology, Enterprise Business Applications (IT/EBA) team in Shelton, CT and report to the Director of Enterprise Applications.

You will:
• Partner with business counterparts to identify process improvement and transformation opportunities, incorporating state of the art solutions/processes into PB’s Treasury practices as appropriate
• Support end-to-end delivery of technical solutions supporting Treasury operations and services
• Partner with business SME’s, engaging with other IT teams (BI, Middleware, Infrastructure, etc.) and manage external providers to develop & drive technical solutions and services
• Interact with external vendors (banks, consulting firms, service and software vendors, etc.) as and when required to deliver and support business solutions
• Manage/Monitor the progress on issues pertinent to Banking (External/In-House), Inter-Company Netting/Funding, Cash & Liquidity Management, Treasury & Risk Management, and Bank Communication Management and report progress back to the Director, Enterprise Applications in a timely fashion
• Manage/Maintain detailed documentation for all Treasury solutions
• Develop/enhance end-to-end process flows for all Treasury and Cash Management processes
• Identify areas of improvement within the processes/solution(s) deployed and coaches team members for improving their technical and non-technical skills and competencies to better support Presort Business and develop career at PB
• Supervise the staff responsible for supporting the Treasury and Cash Management
• Prioritization and management responsibility for IT resources including performance evaluation.
• Recruits, trains and manages staff, hiring people with the skills needed to operate and support a wide range of IT resources to support business needs

Your background:
As an SAP Treasury Manager for Treasury and Cash Management Applications you have:


• A keen awareness of Treasury, Cash Management & Finance processes, best practices, regulations in Financial Accounting, related technology solutions and industry trends
• Strong knowledge of SAP Financials, Treasury and Cash Management
• Are a self-starter and a team player and have a proven ability of being an agent of change, building productive partnerships with peers/stakeholders, both internal and external, motivating and educating other team members, inspiring behavioral change in line with PB vision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, should have the ability to translate complex business cases/requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems is preferred; advanced degree MS/MBA, CTP/CPA and technical certification in SAP is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in SAP Finance, Treasury and Cash Management
• Experience integrating SAP with commonly used bolt-on/add-on technologies (Electronic Payments, Winshuttle, SWIFT, FXall etc.)
• Hands-on experience working in hybrid onsite/offshore production support teams is desirable.
• Very strong knowledge of processes in at least one Finance function and knowledge of SAP functionality and integration across modules, including but not limited to: New G/L, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Materials Management/Invoice Verification, SRM, Project Systems, Sales and Distribution
• Knowledge of best practices in industries relevant to PB (e.g. Ecommerce, Software, Professional Services and Manufacturing) and the use of SAP as an enabler is a plus
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast moving environment, demonstrated agility and ability to quickly adapt to change
• Some travel to locations both domestic and international will be required
