Technology Operations at T. Infrastructure Operations:
You will configure, install, administer, operate, upgrade, monitor, sustain, and support existing data centers, network, hardware, software, processes, applications, systems, databases, desktops, peripherals, and other related infrastructure. You will be responsible for service delivery across all technology domains and all consumers, including execution of all backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities.
Production Support:
As a Production Support Analyst within the Investments Data Distribution and Quant, Multi Asset teams, you will have an opportunity to work in a face-paced, dynamic and constantly evolving environment. As part of the day-to-day work, you will solve production issues in mostly AWS hosted applications, work with our engineering partners to stability and improve on the environment and act as a communication point for production impacting incidents in 24/7, global environment.
Cyber Security - Incident Response:
The Senior Cyber Security Analyst will use his or her experience and expert knowledge to defend our networks, systems, and data from attack. Understanding current tactics, techniques, and procedures used by adversaries you will apply that knowledge to the investigation of cyber-attacks, ensuring appropriate steps are taken to mitigate and remediate the threats. You will serve as an escalated contact working closely with others within our broader cyber and technology organizations to support our mission.
Desktop Support:
In this role, you will be part of a team managing the end user experience for our business partners working closely with them to document and troubleshoot technology issues including escalation to platform owners and seeing problems through to resolution. You will configure, install, administer, operate, upgrade, monitor, sustain, and support existing data centers, networks, hardware, software, processes, applications, systems, databases, desktops, peripherals, and other related infrastructure. You will also be responsible for service delivery across all technology domains and all consumers, including execution of all backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and related capabilities.
DevOps Engineer:
Will work on Cloud Modernization, Marketing Automation, and enhancing the capabilities of Business Intelligence. In this role you will be responsible for supporting AWS cloud infrastructure, as well as provide technical leadership, software support, and technical guidance in support of business-critical systems. This position assists in the implementation and support of services, security, and architectures to provide solutions that are most appropriate for meeting specific application and/or business requirements.
