We are hiring a leader of our FP&A team, who will have a pivotal responsibility for enabling OneLogin to scale and create value.  This role reports to the CFO, and is highly strategic within the company in terms of working with functional leaders to make data driven decisions that push the business forward.

  • A strategic business partner to all functions.  Functional leaders partner with FP&A to get help figuring out the art of the possible, and to understand what is happening in the business and why
  • The analytical hub that enables data driven decision making throughout the organization
  • Central to scaling the business, including developing, implementing and carrying out processes

Your responsibilities as the leader of FP&A include: 

  • Leading the FP&A team, reporting directly to an FP&A-oriented CFO
  • Understanding OneLogin and our market deeply, and defining the key metrics that we run the business by 
  • Owning the annual financial plan and the planning process, including working with all functional leaders to develop their performance objectives and expense budgets, and developing an accurate and detailed financial model 
  • Measuring and sharing performance toward plan targets, and drawing appropriate attention to issues and concerns
  • Working with functional leaders to modify and approve modifications to the annual plan over the course of the fiscal year
  • Managing compensation plans
  • Playing a key role in the pricing and packaging of our products, including leading a deal desk
  • Interact with and provide information to investors, including answering one-off questions, providing monthly/quarterly info packages, and leading diligence efforts during transactions


Qualities required of the Director of FP&A:

  • An owner who will take responsibility for FP&A and for OneLogin
  • Deeply analytical, but knows when high level is good enough
  • Track record of leading teams that deliver results
  • Collaborative cross-functional partner that will serve as an advisor to departmental execs
  • Strong business judgment
  • Ability to ramp quickly
  • Experience scaling a company and creating processes that facilitate scale
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Hunger for success
