Founded by two MIT engineers in 2012, ULTRA Testing provides high quality manual software testing and QA services through onshore teams of exceptional testers. ULTRA works with clients in the advertising, media and technology industries. ULTRA’s competitive advantage comes from employing individuals on the Autism Spectrum, who can have heightened abilities that are an exact match for software testing - e.g. pattern recognition, focus, attention to detail. ULTRA’s testers are coupled with Engagement Managers, who play a pivotal role in the success of ULTRA’s business model.
ULTRA is looking to hire a part-time Engagement Manager to join our team, to be part of a high growth, high impact technology company focused on providing highly responsive, competitive software testing, driven by providing a quality service and making a meaningful social impact. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for helping to harness the talents of our exceptional testers and make it effortless for clients to use ULTRA’s services.
