Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations team objective is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team by defining and continuously optimising sales process, tools, and resources. The Sales Operations Manager, reporting into the Director, EPS Sales Operations, will focus on making sure the sales business cadence runs smoothly. This includes management of reoccurring events and its underlying processes, as well as ensuring they are continuously optimised by identifying opportunities & pain points.

What you'll do

Sales Operations business processes and cadences

  • Segmentation:
    • Review annual/quarterly thresholds and account potential and update salesforce.com.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage and further embed partner segmentation across the organization when servicing / supporting partners.
    • Specifically, for lowest tier of unmanaged accounts, define and manage relevant processes.
    • Manage terminations of low value accounts
  • Compliance:
    • Own partner compliance projects, processes and cadence.
    • Ensure the compliance objects are up to date for recurring compliance (PCI, Sanctions)
  • Operations Analytics:
    • Define and own sales cadence analytics around new and existing business, Win/Loss & Opportunity Duration, gap analysis and data quality (with Finance support)
    • Proactively conduct ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities to improve processes or sales performance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work across Sales Operations (and other) functions to drive consistency, seamless and collaborative approach to the service we deliver to Sales.
    • Work across EPS functions (Product, Finance, Legal, Analytics) on recommendations for process improvements, with a goal to simplify and automate when possible.                

Who you are

  • Strong experience supporting sales teams
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring new perspectives and with multiple competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce.com is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrable experience and success in the analysis, design and automation of business processes
  • Experience in Travel B2B business is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
