What you will do:
Architect digital experiences, funnels and customer journeys that leverage digital mediums (i.e. Programmatic Display, Video, CTV, Native) and social (organic and paid) that drive to carefully curated landing page experiences that engage and convert
Responsible for managing social media process as it relates to all organic and paid initiatives across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. From working with cross-functional teams to identify and ideate on content needs, to liaising with an in-house creative team to create assets, to creating and managing paid advertising, you’ll be responsible for executing on the current social media strategy and growing the divisions’ presence
Identification of market trends, new opportunities, industry standards and best practices. Makes strategic recommendations to improve customer engagement in proactive ways
Represents the digital perspective with recommendations during project planning, execution, and review phases
Supports the communication strategies that result from the strategic planning process.
Reporting on social and digital initiatives by creating a narrative based on data available natively in social platforms combined with web analytics data like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
Builds collaborative relationships with project stakeholders, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, R&D, HR, and divisional and cross-divisional counterparts
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
6+ years of work experience in marketing, marketing communications, digital and social media marketing or related area
Digital and social media content development experience and a solid understanding of basic digital design and user experience principles
Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to analyze and measure success
Experience with CMS and other digital platforms highly preferred
Proficiency with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics and native social media analytics
Seasoned in running paid media in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience scheduling, tagging and reporting on content through HootSuite, or similar social media management tools
