Digital Production Specialist

Position Overview

Autodesk’s Digital Customer Success team is seeking a digital marketing production specialist who will work side-by-side with our Customer Lifecycle Strategy and Design team and the digital marketing team on activities that drive customer onboarding, adoption, retention and growth. This position offers a combination of digital journey campaign support, quality management and digital engagement tracking and analysis in support of the Digital Customer Success roadmap. Working collaboratively with an energetic digital marketing team, this role will manage curation, pre-production and maintenance of digital content—caring for the entire digital content lifecycle from inception to retirement.   Responsibilities - Support and partner with Lifecycle Strategy managers and creative team on all digital campaign and journey pre- and post-production processes - Assist with creation of web landing pages, webinar production set up, and management of posting and distribution of nurture- and journey-related training and learning content including videos, articles, presentations and related documents - Partner with optimization and configuration team by identifying opportunities to streamline launch priorities and QA processes - Ensure digital communications are properly set up, aligned with related campaigns, and on schedule for launch - Build tracking tags and testing scenarios to ensure the proper codes are applied as intended - Closely QA all digital communications for proper links and tracking and A/B testing set up prior to configuration and deployment - Analyze engagement data and extract relevant and actionable insights - Actively track daily workload/tasks, partner closely with project management team members, and participate in sprint planning sessions - Maintain digital archive database, adding, removing and tagging digital marketing toolkit content as needed Minimum Qualifications - 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing program management and execution - Flexible team player with experience collaborating with multiple marketing teams with varying communication and work styles and across time zones - Thrive working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment - Excellent project management, organization and communication skills - Familiarity working in agile/scrum environments - Avid multi-tasker and ability to quickly shift marketing priorities - Close attention to detail and accuracy in work - Ability to learn and apply findings and respond to feedback quickly - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools (Asana); adept at learning new tools and technologies - CMS, CRM, DAM experience a plus (i.e.: Salesforce and its related apps and plug-ins, Marketo or similar ESPs, Airtable or other collaborative database tools, etc.) - Understanding of how multiple data management and marketing tools connect and interact a huge plus - BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
