Job Details

As the funnel personalization PM within the Buyer Personalization Team, you will help envision, build and bring to market an innovative advertising solution that helps buyers in their shopping journey. You will structure the requirements and collaborate with a large number of teams in order to optimize the full funnel of the buyer shopping experience. Through a deep understanding of advertiser and buyer needs you will be able to craft Machine Learning solutions that dynamically adapt to changing trends and buyers needs. We are looking for someone who is innovative, structured and possesses a strong mix of product sense, problem solving skills and subject matter expertise in advertising solutions/ commerce.

Product Manager, Funnel Personalization Responsibilities:
  • Explore and develop strategies to adapt ads products to advertiser needs with a focus on the individual buyer
  • Establish shared vision across the org by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class ML, SW engineers, and data scientists.
  • Integrate user research and industry benchmarks into product requirements to enhance advertiser success and buyer satisfaction.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, develop robust measurement plans for ML driven products
  • Maximize efficiency and remove blockers in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or equivalent technical work experience (e.g. software engineer, network engineer etc.)
  • Experience in working on Machine Learning driven products, driving effective ML engineering teams


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce a plus
