Job Description:

You are: 

A   Performance-driven Leader who will manage a portfolio of client relationships with our rapidly growing list of e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, logistic service consolidators, resellers and build long term mutually beneficial partnerships.  You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution by driving international sales and increasing the overall performance of e-commerce stakeholders. You are a Forward-thinking   individual who sees opportunities where others see challenges 

You will: 

  •  Act as the primary business interface for our Clients through the entire lifecycle of the relationship and work closely with our Clients to help them develop and deploy new capabilities and growth programs designed to grow and efficiently operate their international ecommerce business 

  • Will oversee multiple accounts, anticipate and manage the resolution of operational issues, lead and drive growth strategies for his/her Clients and become a trusted advisor, consulting our clients on international ecommerce best practices 

  • Will collaborate internally with our Product, Operations, and Professional Services teams to ensure best practices are adopted by our clients and feedback any operational issues or improvements that can be made internally to provide best-in-class service to our clients 

  • Maintain the health of our relationship with each client 

  • Drive and Support growth for our clients 

 

Your background: 

As a Sales Manager- ECommerce,you have:  

  • A minimum of 5 years proven client management experience, in an e-commerce and technology environment 

  • Operational related experience in e-commerce or logistics highly preferred 

  • Experience recruiting and managing revenue and volume growth or helping achieve company success. Knowledge of established relationships within the e-commerce retailers, marketplaces, logistic service consolidators, resellers in APAC Market (except Greater China) 

  • Understanding of E-commerce industry's challenges, direction for its growth, and commitment to advancing forward-looking strategies within APAC marketplace (Especially in JP/KR/VN/IN Market) 

  • Ability to collaborate with management & cross-functional teams to develop a marketing strategy in APAC Market 

  • Ability to interact with client personnel at various levels, including Director and C-levels 

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time management skills 

  • Broad understanding of e-commmerce and the following specialties; International / Cross-border e-commerce Technology/Shipping/Logistics Strategies 

  • Ability to influence others and resolve issues to drive initiatives through to completion 

  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise 

  • Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong working knowledge of written and spoken English. 

  • Based in JP/KR/VN/IN is highly preferred.
