Job Details

Responsibilities:

 

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals related to cloud computing and digital transformation. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities where Azure can add value.

 

Solution Design and Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present customized Azure solutions that address customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Azure.

 

Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Azure services, including but not limited to virtual machines, storage, networking, databases, security, and DevOps. Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure offerings, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers.

 

Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in creating detailed and comprehensive proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, licensing, and solution configurations.

 

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant to support long-term customer success and drive customer satisfaction.

 

POC Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute proof of concepts and pilots to validate the effectiveness of Azure solutions. Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during the POC phase to address any issues or concerns.

 

Sales Support: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical guidance, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project handover.

 

Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics related to Azure. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to position SoftwareOne as a trusted advisor and differentiate our Azure solutions.
