Come help us unlock peace of mind so everyone can stay safer online. 1Password is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations who will play a critical role in scaling our marketing operations ecosystem and executing B2B/B2C programs. This person will be part of a fast-paced team that is dedicated to supporting the enterprise, growth and product marketing functions. This role is perfect for an individual who excels at diving into the intricacies of operations, while ensuring quality execution of campaigns. This person must be forward thinking, innovative and drive strategic system efficiencies, as well as effectively manage a team of different roles within ops, tech and lifecycle management. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for:
- 7+ years experience in marketing operations within high growth SaaS companies, 3+ years in lifecycle management
- Strong experience with Marketo and other marketing automation technology (Webinar, event, chatbot and Content Management systems)
- Experience in creating nurture and engagement lifecycle strategies to improve onboarding experiences, adoption, upsell and churn mitigation
- 4+ years experience in lead scoring, and automations to improve marketing to sales hand off
- Expert in compliance, GDPR and email or opt- in best practices
- Proactive to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze options, and implement the best solution with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience working in environments with the highest standards of data privacy and security (Bonus: Experience working in cyber security industry)
- Self-starter and driven - you step up, can lead projects independently and take on new challenges
- Humility and team player - you are willing to go above and beyond to support your team and help them build their marketing campaign operations skills
- Effectively present plans and learnings to internal stakeholders, and recommendations based on findings
- Conduct regular reviews of team work, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Impeccable eye for detail and critical thinker who can develop creative solutions. Strong bias to action and willingness to multi-task
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adept at seeing change as an opportunity to improve business performance and campaigning for it when necessary
- Experience in managing and leading a team of marketing operations professionals.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing demand generation campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to timelines.
- Foster strong collaboration with marketing teams to understand their goals and challenges
- Create, templatize, and refine scalable processes and workflows that enable best practices in campaign management, automation, and performance tracking
- Be a strategic advisor and partner to the marketing operations specialists around automations and campaign execution
- Balance short term fixes with the design and implementation of long term solutions that scale
- Ensure deliverables and organizational needs are met while having a strong feedback pulse from the larger team
- Identify and define new opportunities, key initiatives, technology and operations gaps and take on as strategic projects
- Manage and field team inquiries and needs related to program operations and logistics
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and success
