Position Summary

Bring our games to life by creating exciting new concepts that drive slot gameplay. Work with a group of exceptionally talented mathematicians and game designers to provide the best gaming experience for the slot player.

As a member of the Game Design Team, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the design and development of new gaming content. The role will provide opportunities to design games & math models for a wide range of markets including the UK, US, Europe & online.

The ideal candidate will have a proven design track record in the casino gaming industry. Mathematical and software abilities are desirable but not essential for the right candidate. Candidates who possess graphical or musical ability in addition to the core requirements will have the opportunity to utilise this skill also.

Full training and mentoring will be given along with the potential for career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and contribute to the concept design of casino/slot machine games.
• Maintain a thorough and current knowledge of the markets the company is involved in.
• Collaborate with mathematicians and game designers to brainstorm new game mechanics and assess the mathematical feasibility of concept math models.
• Develop an understanding of competitive products and technologies.
• Collaborate with software engineers and artists to realize the full potential of the final game design.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Games Designer in the Casino/Gambling industry.
• Proven success in design within the Casino/Gambling environment.
• Passion for gaming products.
• Technical design flair and vision.

Desirable:

• Proficiency in software such as C++ (or related).
• Background in mathematics, particularly in math models.
• Artistic skills.
• Musical aptitude is a bonus for contributing to our game jingles.
