Job Description Role: In your role as a Manager, Recruiting Coordination, you will manage a team of talented, passionate recruiting coordinators, providing leadership, direction and coaching, as well as build and implement creative and innovative approaches to our regional and global processes. You will work closely with talent acquisition leaders and our talent operations team to help us achieve our hiring goals and create beautiful candidate experiences. A role in the global recruiting coordination team is fast-paced and in a very dynamic environment. You’ll need a team spirit, be action-oriented, a change-champion, able to drive operational efficiency, thrive in an evolving environment and be excited about building and optimizing processes. - Lead and coach a team of recruiting coordinators, providing development opportunities and performance feedback
- Demonstrate leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving ambitious targets and fostering a positive team culture.
- Identify, recommend and implement improvements to regional and global recruiting coordination processes to achieve increased efficiency and global consistency
- Build and maintain productive partnerships with regional Talent Acquisition leaders
- Ability to think critically and strategically, considering long-term implications of decisions and actions in the context of talent acquisition and organizational goals
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive insights to guide informed decision making and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects which impact recruiting coordination and the wider talent acquisition team
- Collaborate and partner with stakeholders across the organization where required – including Global People Operations team, HR, global mobility, compensation, legal and compliance
- Be a change champion: advocate for and promote the change that impacts the recruitment coordination team and the recruitment delivery team
- Continuously assess and optimize existing recruiting coordination processes to ensure maximum efficiency, scalability, and consistency. This may involve leveraging technology, automation, and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance the candidate experience
- A minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Talent Acquisition coordination and/or operations
- Manager or team lead experience of a recruiting coordination or operations function
- A passion for leading, coaching and developing team members
- Process driven with strong habits and a passion for efficiency improvement
- Experience engaging and partnering with recruiting leaders
- In-depth knowledge of US-based compliance and legislative recruiting topics e.g. OFCCP, and experience applying this to recruiting processes
- In-depth knowledge of global/ regional compliance and legislative recruiting topics and experience in applying it to the recruitment processes
- Strong data and analytics skills used to tell a story, provide insights, and influence decisions
- A creative thinker and problem solver – and applying this holistically in problem solving, escalation management and process improvement for consistency and scale
- Excellent communication, relationship and collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- A preference for and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous and fast paced, high-growth environment
- Able to own and drive projects to completion
- Experience scaling and streamlining recruiting coordination processes is advantageous
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- 10+ years previous experience Talent Acquisition coordination and/or operations.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in Process Management and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s/ Post graduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analytics
- In addition to the essential qualifications, Strong process support skills and knowledge of recruiting tools and technology is valuable
