    Overview:

    Market account manager has full responsibility for instrument sales activities in his/her own territory in designated vertical market (pharmaceutical & life science / material science / food & environmental / academia & research) including strong customer relationship building by delivering customer benefit based on keen understanding on the customers’ needs and challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    ▪ Meet or exceed sales targets

    ▪ Maintain installed-base customer satisfaction

    ▪ Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts

    ▪ Manage the whole sales process in aligned with compliance

    ▪ Visit customers daily to highlight Waters solutions and help customers with any technical obstacles in their way to develop new business opportunities

    ▪ Provide information based on customer challenge and needs to marketing team to create business development programs

     

    Qualifications:

    ▪ Bachelors degree in scientific area such as chemistry, biology or biochemistry preferred

    ▪ Working experience (preferrable in chromatography industry) around 3 years
    ▪ Experience in using or selling HPLC/MS would be advantageous
    ▪ Leverage on external and internal resources to resolve issues and meet customers' needs
    ▪ Highly organized / well-prepared / time management skills
    ▪ Positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
    ▪ Action oriented, eager to achieve results, and Effective working in competitive sales situation
    ▪ Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex technical concepts
    ▪ Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
    ▪ Basic English in writing, reading, speaking, and listening
