Job Description

REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES:  Activities and duties will vary dependent upon functional area assigned.  Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide thorough application and technical consulting by communicating directly with customers.
  • Administer product recommendations that include: samples, technical support, and pricing on demand.
  • Update team on territory reviews.
  • Provide price and mix management through pricing inquiry tool and opportunity management through applicable systems.
  • Capture data in applicable systems, such as RTS, and Salesforce.
  • Conduct applications assessment and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and supply product quotes.
  • Uncover customer needs and new opportunities.
  • Gather information on all products.
  • Accumulate product knowledge of all applicable products.
  • Follow-up with customers on samples and orders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 4 - 5 years of technical and product knowledge experience needed

Additional Information
  • Solid knowledge of Industry, products and applications preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude
