Required Experience:  4-6 years

Job Description for Senior Product Support Specialist.

  

Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in application support where candidate should be good in Linux administration and application troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

The candidate should have following skills:

·       Should have experience on application release management, application/server Installation, Deployment, Configuration, Patching, Troubleshooting & monitoring.

·       At Least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tomcat/Apache/JBoss/WebSphere,APIs, SSL & Load balancer .

·       Prior experience in mission–critical support role in Performance, Resizing, Scalability , Disaster Recovery or Automation.

·       Knowledge in ITIL processes specific to Change Management, Incident Management and Problem management.

·       Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and technical problems in production settings.

·       Basic Experience in Database (Sql, Postgres, Oracle)

Prefer to have the following skills.

·       Azure or AWS based Cloud Architecture and migration is a plus.

·       Basic knowledge of monitoring tools like Zabbix, splunk, Grafana or any other monitoring tools.

·       Understanding of concepts like Clustering, high availability, Load balancing and heap/Thread Dump analysis.

·       Should have experience in Ansible or Terraform.
