About your Role: As a leader within our Community Based program, you will supervise our Community Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) and Case Management (CM) staff providing services to adults with a severe, persistent mental illness or children with a serious emotional disturbance. This position provides service specific training, supervision, and professional development to staff to ensure program effectiveness and the professional growth of our staff. You will work with staff, Program Coordinators, Lead Supervisors, clinical staff, clients, and other key personnel to ensure optimal client care. Perks of this role:

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years experience providing services to adults, youth, or children with a serious mental illness (SMI)
• Satisfactory results of ID DHW Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record and valid Auto Insurance coverage

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• Prior experience in leadership or as a supervisor
