Work with a group of exceptionally talented mathematicians, artists, and software developers to provide the best gaming experience for the slot player. The ability to conceptualize, storyboard, prototype and ultimately create high quality final game design in a timely and efficient manner is crucial. Job Responsibilities:
- Create unique, focused, and strategic game design.
- Ensure quality is kept high throughout the game development pipeline.
- Provide creative solutions to game design problems.
- Support engineering and art/animation development by updating and modifying game design and choreography to meet quality requirements.
- Analyze market trends.
- Provide directions to mathematicians on key math elements such as event frequency and award amount etc.
- Understand jurisdictional / regulatory requirements for games.
- Minimum 3 years of game design or related experience.
- Gaming industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with various game development pipelines & methodologies.
- Experience working with multiple disciplines, including artists, mathematicians, software developers, etc. in creating games or products.
- Knowledge about slot games and the casino industry, including the current market landscape.
- Must be able to obtain Gaming License.
- Ability to adapt to a customer-oriented, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and experience in programming solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge about game probability and statistics.
- Have a passion for playing and making successful games.
- Organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work quickly and collaboratively.
- Must be open to direction and able to embrace change.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience required.
