ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory or account. This position also develops programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Must be located in Monterrey / Torreon.
    Has moderate authority and opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms.
  • Assists in planning own territory and account approach and monitors resources.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Has been successful representing related products with a demonstrated record of success.
  • Demonstrated record of significant sales and closes.
  • Can successfully manage time and territories with professionalism, formulate account strategies, and articulate customer needs back to the organization.
  • Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information.
  • Strong ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Broad-based understanding of how to manage territory business.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
  • Skilled in preparing professional written proposals. 
  • Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, invoice totals, percentages, bonuses, etc.
  • Strong understanding of product and technical information.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Monterrey / Torreon work area.
  • It is Mandatory to have a level of business conversational English.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4-6 years successful sales or related experience in a position of similar responsibilities.
  • Proficient in assessing customer needs.  
  • Strong negotiation skills/experience.
  • Strong financial skills and business acumen.
  • Skilled in conducting territory analysis and planning
