What you’ll do:

• Implement and maintain robust data governance practices, including data cleaning, contact tagging, and contact organization and automations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Utilize expertise in HubSpot to optimize marketing technology infrastructure, constantly monitoring and making suggestions for improvements to help turn contacts into leads and clients.
• Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, demonstrating expert knowledge and configuration skills.
• Develop and manage HubSpot workflows to automate marketing operations and enhance workflow efficiency, collaborating with the GTM & Marketing departments to build email cadences based on their content & contact strategy.
• Manage and adjust lead attribution and campaign tracking to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize campaign performance.
• Oversee UTM management to ensure accurate tracking and attribution of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, delivery) to align marketing operations with organizational goals and processes
• Provide training and support to marketing team members on the effective use of marketing tools and platforms
• Set up, configure, and monitor marketing email campaigns, and A/B tests, within marketing automation platforms

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proficiency with HubSpot (at least 1-2 years of experience)
• Deep interest in gathering and organizing data to improve processes
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Understanding of lead nurturing and conversion rate optimization principles
• Experience with email campaign/funnel marketing
• Familiarity with web analytics and campaign tracking tools

Bonus points:

• Experience with Lucid chart, Salesforce, Outreach
• Experience with integrations
• Experience with automations using a third party tool such as Zapier
• Experience with social media advertising, and paid search/display campaigns
