Overview

Supply Chain & Operations vertical plays a critical role in accelerating PepsiCo’s sustainable growth by driving strategic choices, delivering breakthrough enterprise capabilities, optimizing service delivery excellence and executing end-to-end transformations.  Supply Chain & Operations in S&T is central to business transformation, enabling the organization to be more efficient, digital, innovative, and sustainable.

Responsibilities

Lead the standardization and optimization of Transportation & Fleet design and processes across PepsiCo.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to standardize Reverse Logistics processes and procedures across global operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with industry standards 
  • Implement Industry Intelligence for Transportation & fleet
  • Establish reverse logistics metrics standards & benchmarking (Internal & External) for Control & Performance
  • Structure and deploy Should Cost Modeling
  • Define Transportation Modeling & Circuits (Hub-Clusters)
  • Define Fleet Mix Strategy (Sizing)
  • Manage Transportation Systems ecosystem
  • Establishes SLAs/OLAs and ways of working for the new function and teams
  • Design/Build/Deploy/Sustain Transportation PEP+ Reporting
  • Work cross functionally to achieve best solutions/outcomes
  • Partner with:
  • Key Customers, Global Capability Leads & Regional Leads to build a roadmap for Transport 
  • Capability Teams to identify new digital products/solutions 
  • Own decisions on:
  • Design Deliverables
  • Resources and budget allocation
  • Transportation E2E Enablement and Performance 
  • Influence decisions on:
  • Processes adherence
  • System integration
  • Technological adoption

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $146,100 - $289,900 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A minimum 12 years of Supply Chain / Logistics / Transportation experience, preferably in a multinational or global organization. Extensive experience with automation systems and Logistics technologies is crucial
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in various automation software and hardware, digital solutions in Supply Chain
  • Experience with a demonstrable record of delivering impactful results within large and complex organizations through design and transformation
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within Supply Chain, demonstrating the ability to drive change and innovation
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, as well as experience in managing and developing talent
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
