Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns.
  • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships, resolving client issues in a timely manner.
  • Qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required.
  • Create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close and meet sales targets.
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.

  • Experience in new logo sales from a technology company.
  • A proven track record of successful sales in an upmarket environment.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
