Job Details

Your responsibilities:

  • You will sell products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.

  • You will establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

  • You will prepare sales plans using company tools, perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.

  • You will create added value for the customer and HITACHI and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques, communicate details in accordance with HITACHI offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).

  • You will ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers, identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

  • You will manage administrative procedures in sale process, support collection and project management activities when needed.

  • You will prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager, ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

Your background:

  • You hold relevant education qualification, i.e. Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • 5 to 10 years of working experiences related to sale in HV products or electrical products preferably Power Quality products (Capacitors & Reactors).

  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.

  • Knowledge and exposure in Sales Force.Com and MS Office.

  • Understand of sales performance metrics.

  • Learning ability with problem-solving attitude.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
