SoftwareOne is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Technologies to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to drive business growth and help our clients achieve their technology objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Understand Customer Needs: Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals. Conduct detailed needs assessments to find opportunities where Microsoft Technologies can make valuable contributions.

 

Solution Design and Presentations: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, using your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the benefits and capabilities of Microsoft solutions.

 

Technical Expertise: Possess a solid grasp of Microsoft Technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, and SharePoint. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft product releases, updates, and industry trends to deliver accurate and relevant mentorship to customers.

 

Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in creating detailed and comprehensive proposals and quotes that address customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, licensing, and solution configurations.

 

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain Strong relationships with key collaborators, including customers, partners, and vendors. Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant to support long-term customer success.

 

POC Management: Plan, coordinate, and implement proof of concepts and pilots to validate the efficiency of Microsoft Technologies. Provide technical mentorship and fix during the POC phase to address any issues or concerns.

 

Sales Support: Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical mentorship, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting product demonstrations. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project handover.
