Pre-sales Could Services Consultant is a solutioning authority against customer problems/ business needs and is in charge of accelerating time to value for our customers and supporting them in their cloud and digital transformation by aligning our solutions. The person identifies, develops, and lands opportunities for defined portfolio elements in collaboration with Account Management. The focus is new business generation with both new and existing customers and has good technical understanding and the ability to transform our customers' challenges into commercial solutions. For existing customers, the Sales cycle is started by the Account Management.
Your functions within the role will be:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Cloud services to potential and existing clients, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and handle relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored Cloud solutions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
- Partnership and Feedback: Work closely with technical and product teams, communicating feedback from clients to help refine offerings and ensure customer happiness.
- Cooperate with Account Managers during sales processes, being responsible for building value, scoping and pricing.
