  • Stay informed about competition, competitive issues, and industry products.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and partners on software publisher contracts and efficient application of agreements, ensuring flawless communication, order processing, and reporting of transactions within the territory.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of leading industry trends, spend management, and technology initiatives by encouraging proactive professional relationships with software publisher representatives in the assigned territory.
  • Act as the field resource for customers and partners regarding leading industry volume license offerings from top publishers.
  • Submit accurate and timely forecasts aligned with assigned sales quotas, forecasting sales revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Provide leadership and licensing knowledge to customers, maintaining an appropriate presence in the software industry community.
  • Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision-makers to drive the sales process.
