  • Pluralsight is seeking an accomplished Director of Field Marketing to drive regional demand generation plans for the Americas Enterprise segment in the West region and partner with local sales leaders to support business goals and billings targets.

    This individual will be responsible for defining and deploying a best-in-class field marketing strategy that is focused on prospect acquisition, acceleration of partner marketing to the field, pipeline generation, and acceleration to achieve regional goals for our enterprise business.

    Reporting to the North America Head of Field Marketing, the ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven field marketing accomplishments, thrives on making data-driven decisions and has extensive knowledge of developing scalable programs that generate brand awareness, net new opportunities and acceleration/growth of existing pipeline.

    ***Candidate must be based within the West region (Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Salt Lake City preferred).

    What you’ll own:

    • Oversee and coach one direct report who will partner with you to translate, build, and execute the marketing strategy by localizing events and programs in region to drive sales engagement, generate new business and influence Enterprise sales pipeline.
    • Create tight relationships with the Americas Enterprise Sales leadership; strong ability to influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
    • Collaborate with the North America Head of Field Marketing to influence, build and execute a holistic Field Marketing plan.
    • Translating strategy to growth throughout the marketing funnel, conversion to closed sales, and hitting targets are key for this role.
    • Understand and translate detailed analysis of key performance indicators, business objectives and customer needs into strategic initiatives and integrated campaigns that will optimize ROI.

    Experience you’ll need:

    • Degree level qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology.
    • 8+ years of Marketing, Field Marketing or similar experience, with the ability to influence and engage direct reports, indirect reports, and work collaboratively and successfully with peers and colleagues.
    • Field marketing experience in B2B enterprise software; SaaS/on-demand software a plus.
    • Track record of success setting marketing priorities and strategy, developing integrated field and partner marketing campaigns and executing programs to achieve sales goals.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, problem-solving capabilities with the ability to see the big picture. Has a Data-driven, analytical mindset.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills: can lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and knows how to keep all programs on schedule.
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable with web/video conferencing and social collaboration platforms.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems ( or similar), marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar), ABM Tools (Engagio or similar) and data tracking tools (Tableau or similar) to assess campaign effectiveness a plus.
    • Ability to travel is required across US/NorthWest Canada (approximately 20-30%), to support regional events and attend company or team offsite meetings.
