Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience with the public cloud and enterprise technology landscape, including applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data.
- Experience in, or supporting the Public Sector.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience engaging with senior leaders within various government ministries and agencies - ministers, secretaries, CEOs, other C-suite executives. Excellent leadership, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with structured Enterprise Architecture practices, hybrid cloud deployments, and on-premise-to-cloud migration deployments/roadmaps.
- Proven thought-leader with a track record of sharing industry knowledge and insights with the community through publications, presentations, and other channels.
- Knowledge of public sector technology buying and evaluation processes.
- Ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed.

As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be a part of the Customer developing organization for Google Cloud. You will lead cross-functional teams to help customers design, plan, implement, and govern enterprise cloud strategies.
In this role, you will be focused on accelerating the digital transformation of public sector organizations in the Asia Pacific region using Google Cloud. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations, guiding their enterprise cloud strategies and promoting the adoption of Google Cloud technologies to achieve their objectives.

- Build and nurture relationships within strategic public sector accounts, engage with C-levels and other key decision-makers to understand their priorities, challenges, and long-term ideas.
- Advocate for Google Cloud solutions at conferences, online forums, and within customer engagements.
- Design and orchestrate comprehensive technical solutions encompassing the entire Google Cloud ecosystem, guide customers on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructure best practices to optimize their cloud investments and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams of specialists, customer engineers, principal architects and product managers to ensure the implementation of enterprise cloud solutions.
- Partner with Value Engineering to articulate the total value proposition of Google Cloud solutions, including both technical and business benefits.
