Job Details

This role is integral to the Relationship Management Team within the Sales & Marketing business domain of SoftwareOne. As a key interface to our end-users, you will understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions and services.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Craft and Communicate Roadmaps: Develop the roadmap for your services and effectively communicate it to customers.
  • Identify and Implement Requirements: Discover new requirements and find technical solutions to implement and optimize business processes within our Global D365 CRM Solution.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work in close cooperation with Business Owners, Product Manager, Architects, and other collaborators.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating kick-offs, capturing requirements, analyzing needs, and implementing integration tasks.
  • Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for the Business Department for any technical questions or requests.
