We are looking for a full lifecycle recruiter to join the Israel & EMEA TMP recruiting team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the talent landscape for our organization.
Your success will be measured by your ability to provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers/business leaders. As a Trusted Advisor to hiring managers, you will attract and cultivate a diverse talent pool, enabling us to meet and exceed our recruitment targets. You will contribute to our company’s growth and foster a collaborative, engaging work environment through direct sourcing, driving employee referrals, and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
Job ResponsibilitiesFull lifecycle recruitment: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for senior technical professionals, from initial outreach through to offer acceptance and onboarding. This includes individual contributors and management-level hires.
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Use innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline for a variety of roles.
Business Collaboration: Act as a consultant to hiring managers and collaborate effectively with recruiting team members, fostering productive relationships.
Recruiting Strategy Implementation: Contribute to and execute on our global recruiting strategies and programs to meet immediate hiring needs while building future talent pools.
Cross-functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, and Business Units
Requirements5 to 10 years of Proven experience in Recruiting
4+ years experience in hiring for Tech roles.
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Ability to implement recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Strong collaborating skills and proven ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
Possess strong analytical skills with ability to build, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
