OUTFRONT Media is one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the country, selling billboard, transit, and mobile advertising. The Senior Marketing Manager will work directly for the National Marketing Director on the corporate marketing team. The position will collaborate with the national sales team, insights department, social and press teams, to support our strategic vision of bringing customer focused solutions to national advertisers. He/she will develop superior presentations and distribute on how OUTFRONT strategically fits into the greater media landscape. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, expert writing skills, strong verbal/presenting skills, a positive attitude, and be able to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment.
Create customized presentations and media packages utilizing new and existing OOH products with the ability to incorporate research insights to provide customer solutions.
Development of audience insights and trends and subsequent storytelling
Enhance materials as new hardware, software and audience insights emerge
Assist in the development of corporate materials for specific audience segments, locations, and events
Develop category briefs based on recent trade publications, media spend, and creative executions for sales team to prospect and deliver off
Create and distribute messaging for the 8 key agency buying groups
Ideation with new business team and national sales team. Collaborate with Sales Teams and Managers on national projects, presentations, proposals and other sales/marketing collateral
Write & develop brand content for outfrontmedia.com and distribution on OUTFRONT’s social channels
Work with and understand marketing research and audience insights as it can best be used on sales collateral, competitive requests, corporate language, etc.
Hone and enhance post buy strategy and analytics
Ability and desire to present both internally and on client meetings. Participation with industry trade organizations.
Leader in weekly sales meeting and monthly marketing calls with entire team
6-8 years of marketing experience, agency experience preferred
General understanding of out of home advertising and how it fits into the media ecosystem
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Adobe Suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
Knowledge and experience accessing information from multiple research sources (Kantar, Winmo, Geopath)
Ability to thrive in an environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity and organization
Ability to handle multiple projects and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
