We are searching for an experienced Architect to lead delivery of projects which impact Enterprises services as part of DES Tools team. The Architect role is a trusted advisor to business stakeholders for Tools team actively driving architectural and technical strategy.
The Architect is responsible for:
Technical Thought Leadership and Architectural quality of the solution: Keep track of latest technology trends and use them to develop business and market solution strategies for delivery. Build stakeholder connects and forge deep relationships with domain CTO Organization and technical Community.
We are looking for strong Technical leader who is passionate about architecting, designing, implementing and deploying Line of Business Applications which will help enable the Services Delivery processes, drive maturity and agility with which we serve our customers. Is focused on building solution maximizing use of emerging technologies to transform business to achieve superior value. Understands software development lifecycle, and delivers high quality solution in a continuous delivery model. Works effectively in a fast-paced, agile minded, startup-like team. Has experience in creating rich, intuitive user experiences for the next generation modern apps.
Passion for quality software development.
Strong architecting, design, coding, debugging, problem analysis and solving skills.
Strong understanding of Architecture Patterns, Object-Oriented design patterns and Database design.
Strong experience with programming and scripting languages.
Experience with modern Web App frameworks (ASP.MVC, JS Frameworks).
Development experience on Azure PaaS.
Excellent software engineering practices from designing to testing to writing code to releasing and servicing live site issues.
Championing agile methodology & ALM processes using VSO/TFS.
Expertise in engineering practices like Continuous Integration & Delivery.
Ability to build monitoring and telemetry for your components.
Teamwork and communication skills.
