The main responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data product strategy that aligns with SoftwareOne's business goals. 

• Build and manage a delivery roadmap for data and analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution. 

• Bring contributors together around product strategy and ensure consistent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Supervise multiple workstreams and handle conflicting priorities to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope. 

• Define and track critical metrics to measure the impact and success of data products.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously improve product performance. 

• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data. Leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantage. 

This is a new role within the Data team. Currently, responsibilities are divided between the Product Owner and Erdal. Therefore, this role requires someone who is enthusiastic about bringing this new position to life, crafting processes, building partnerships and trust, and performing efficiently. Strong experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
