Develop and implement a training plan to achieve 2/3 depth on critical assets for 3rd shift.

Oversee 5S activities on 3rd shift.

Manage approximately 24 shop employees.

Follow the direction from 1st shift managers for their areas, demonstrating flexibility and judgment to adapt to changes without additional resources (e.g., no engineering and quality engineers on 3rd shift).

Provide input for the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) function and MSA technicians within the value stream.

Participate in and lead manning requirements for the area.

Assign resources to drive improvements for key KPI measures for the team.

Supervise (not manage) all support areas on 3rd shift, including Quality, Materials, and Maintenance.

Report asset updates to 1st shift managers.

Send a shift report on a nightly basis.

Utilize sound judgment to make quick decisions without cross-functional support on shift.
