Job Description
Collaborate with other departments to gather data and information for costing analysis
Monitor and report on actual versus budgeted costs
Analysis for variance, eg volume, demand, capacity,work order variance, PPV, Productivity vs PY/Plan/Fcst
Costing month end closing
Prepare annual operation plan and start plan package, set up logical template, complete full deck
Develop and maintain costing models to support business decision-making
Compliance related work, SOX, BSR

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
Excellent excel/PPT skill and ability to deal with complicated database
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English in oral and writing
Ability to adapt rapidly changing tasks and deliver result on time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Eager to learn, self- motivated with strong sense of responsibility ability to handle complex situation
over 5 years of experience in costing, GL, FP&A or a similar role.
