In this client-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to both PowerToFly’s clients and our talent community—helping professionals grow their careers and enabling companies to hire the right talent. You’ll create exceptional candidate experiences, foster employer branding, and deliver strategic sourcing outcomes that directly support our mission.

Core Responsibilities
Client Collaboration & Adaptability: Partner directly with client teams to understand their culture, communication style, and evolving priorities. Adapt seamlessly to each client’s working style, ensuring alignment in approach, tone, and process.
Talent Consulting: Provide clients with consultative insights on market trends, candidate engagement strategies, and sourcing best practices to optimize hiring outcomes.
Client Communication & Reporting: Lead weekly client calls, presenting updates, metrics, and recommendations clearly and confidently. Take ownership of creating and maintaining presentation decks, dashboards, and performance reports.
Candidate Experience Management: Create a positive first impression for candidates, advocate for them, and provide coaching throughout the interview process with our clients.
Employer Branding: Bring our employer brand to life through tailored outreach campaigns that resonate with potential candidates.
Talent Metrics: Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, ensuring records of jobs and candidates are managed efficiently in our platform and ATS.
Job Marketing: Promote open positions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
External Communication: Effectively communicate position details to external sources of job seekers.
Sourcing: Conduct active sourcing activities using candidate searching tools, industry contacts, professional networks, and more to identify outstanding and diverse candidates matching client needs.
Prescreening: Schedule and coordinate talent/client interviews, follow up, and manage feedback to facilitate the hiring process.
Applicant Interviews: As needed, interview applicants to assess their interest and eligibility for positions.
Candidate Evaluation: Evaluate candidates and submit them for Talent Partner review.
Resume Screening: Screen resumes and profiles to identify the most qualified candidates.
Talent Pool Development: Anticipate future talent needs and cultivate pools of passive candidates.
Event Collaboration: Collaborate with candidate events as required to identify and attract top talent.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with talent colleagues to share candidate pools for alternative job openings.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum C1 English level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a client-facing role, managing relationships and delivering results across diverse functions or industries.
- Impeccable attention to detail, organization, and follow-through across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace, professionalism, and discretion in a dynamic environment.
- Strong tech literacy, including experience with Google Workspace, ATS systems, and presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva).
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering client reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Adaptability to client styles and changing priorities, with the ability to tailor communication and working methods accordingly.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across global teams and client-facing environments.
- Results-oriented mindset, understanding that successful placements and measurable outcomes are integral to our mission and client satisfaction.
- Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving, time management, and continuous improvement.
- Availability to work within Eastern U.S. business hours to ensure smooth collaboration with clients and internal teams.
