How a day to day would look like in this role:
Administer and provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, with a focus on SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online, using their respective admin centers.
Manage sites, site collections, libraries, and lists in SharePoint; implement workflows and enforce information governance policies.
Configure security, compliance, and access control policies, managing permissions, users, and guest access through Entra ID.
Monitor enterprise connectivity, secure storage, and user experience across OneDrive clients and SharePoint Designer.
Support the administration and monitoring of capacity, availability, and security, including tenant and external domain management.
Contribute to usage analysis, licensing, and reporting using Purview M365 and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Perform basic tasks in Active Directory, IP routing, and addressing to ensure seamless integration between cloud services and infrastructure.
