Job Description

This role involves end to end management of credit cards portfolio for one of the top tier banks in India. This role will focus on diagnostics, activation, dormancy, and customer experience across key transaction types including contactless, cross border, card not present, and payment success rates.

Portfolio Diagnostics & Health Monitoring Run daily, weekly, and monthly diagnostics to assess portfolio performance. Track metrics such as contactless usage, XB, CNP, and PSR to identify trends and gaps.

Segment Growth & Activation Identify growth opportunities across customer segments and micro-segments. Monitor early activation and dormancy, recommend value added services to improve engagement.

Payment Success & Experience Optimization Analyze payment success metrics and address gaps in customer experience for e.g., acceptance issues. Collaborate with internal teams to improve transaction success and reduce declines.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Reviews Maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams including product, marketing, and operations. Develop and manage the relationship with all stakeholders across client portfolio team. Conduct regular business reviews, publish performance trackers and benchmark portfolio metrics and customer experience against market standards.

 


Qualifications

 

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in cards, payments, or financial services analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
