We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Regulatory Reporting Professional to work in our Finance Division.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This is a Director position within our Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting Job Family which is responsible for the accuracy and control of the Firm’s books and records to produce the consolidated firm, segment and legal entities financial statements, including development, management and oversight of financial accounting & reporting systems as well as database management, including capital and liquidity reporting and external reporting functions.

What you'll do in the role:
Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments
Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Responsible for the production of daily/ monthly / quarterly deliverables related to Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Leverage, and Capital calculation and monitoring within Basel III framework and perform Capital Reporting.
Support the implementation of new regulatory requirements and participate in the development of related reporting
Collaborate with other departments both globally and locally
Create ad hoc analysis and data requests for Business Units
Initiate and participate in process improvement initiatives, automation projects and innovation efforts
What you'll bring to the role:
In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes
Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent Economics, Finance or Business-related discipline and availability to work full time
Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Risk/Business Analysis/Accounting, preferably in financial services industry (Regulatory Reporting, Financial and Product Control, Liquidity, Treasury).
Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting roles and familiarity with Basel regulations is an advantage
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, prior knowledge in workflow tools such as Alteryx or Knime is an advantage.
Collaborative / Team player mindset
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written English
