At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our Wellington team in a unique hybrid role across both our Trauma and Foot & Ankle portfolios.

This is an opportunity to work with two dynamic and fast-growing areas of the business while building strong partnerships across the region.

This role covers Wellington and includes regular travel to Palmerston North one to two days a week. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team and leaders who value autonomy, development and strong relationship building.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and grow both the Trauma and Foot & Ankle portfolios across your territory

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital teams

• Support theatre cases with clinical and technical guidance

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service

• Develop territory plans and identify opportunities to grow product adoption

• Educate hospital staff through product training and workshops

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

• Ensure accurate stock management and case preparation across your accounts

Who you are:

• Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with a wide range of people

• Skilled at nurturing those relationships and leveraging them to deliver results

• Comfortable talking through challenges with clinicians to find practical, patient-focused solutions

• Naturally curious, reliable and solutions-minded

• Organised and adaptable, especially when juggling two portfolios

• Experienced in medical device sales, orthopaedics or Trauma is ideal, but open to strong sales talent with a clinical mindset
