Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support & Collaboration: Partner with sales and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle, shaping proposals and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with client needs.

  • Solution Design & Development: Craft tailored SAP/ServiceNow solutions, lead demos and workshops, and define project scope, pricing, margins, and SOWs.

  • Collateral & Enablement: Maintain current solution knowledge, create impactful sales materials, ensure consistent messaging, and manage a centralized repository of assets.

  • Market Research & Insights: Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market strategies and strengthen solution positioning.
