Senior Service Operations Specialist

contract type: full-time | working model: hybrid (office: 2-3 times per week)

locations: Prague, Czechia

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll own key operational processes, drive improvements across regions, and act as an expert for our systems and tools. You’ll support more complex cases, train others, and partner with finance, delivery, and development teams to keep everything running smoothly across our global setup.

 

What you’ll do

  • Run advanced operations in NAV, ServiceNow (SwoDP), PSA and PPM – from order handling to financial data validation.
  • Own the “Quote to Order” and “Order to Cash” processes for complex cases, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • Perform month-end closing activities, including revenue checks, project reconciliation, and data audits.
  • Partner with finance, delivery, and PM teams to ensure all project and financial data is correct and complete.
  • Collaborate with the DEV team on system enhancements: testing, feedback, and participation in workshops.
  • Support regional teams as a senior subject-matter expert and act as an escalation point for operational issues.
