As a ServiceNow Consultant in Team Managed Service Delivery you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Design and architect solutions for Customer Service Management (CSM) modules for our Software & Cloud Services with a strong emphasis on security, authentication and scalability
  • Develop custom applications, integrations, and configurations to meet business needs, leveraging best practices and industry standards
  • Create UI elements and automation to meet business needs, utilizing ServiceNow's development tools and scripting capabilities
  • Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and recommend best practices for implementation
