Do you love travel and connecting with customers through engaging communications? Expedia Group is looking for a passionate and driven CRM professional to join our Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) organization.
The Traveler Engagement and Loyalty (TEaL) team builds relationships with travelers, driving engagement and loyalty by providing value through the ownership of the loyalty program, targeted CRM, and our co-branded credit card program.
We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee complex programs that span multiple projects and teams. In this role, you will drive program planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You’ll manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and foster collaboration across stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.
In this role you will:Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end management of programs, ensuring successful delivery of multiple interconnected projects
Strategic Planning: Define program objectives, develop integrated schedules, and prioritize initiatives to meet business goals
Resource Alignment: Identify and allocate resources across projects; make recommendations to optimize capacity and efficiency
Governance & Oversight: Monitor program progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards; communicate changes impacting scope or delivery
Risk Management: Anticipate program-level risks and lead mitigation strategies to minimize impact
Budget Management: Develop, track, and report on program budgets, ensuring financial accountability
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate cross-functional teams and senior leaders to resolve issues, align priorities, and drive decisions
Process Improvement: Assess program workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions for efficiency
Performance Measurement: Compile and analyze data to evaluate program success and inform future improvements
Communication: Prepare clear, concise program updates, dashboards, and presentations tailored to diverse audiences
Alignment & Facilitation: Lead discussions across teams to ensure alignment on program goals and strategic outcomes
5+ years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-project initiatives
Program Management Expertise: Strong understanding of program governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management
Strategic Thinker: Ability to connect individual projects to broader organizational objectives and drive alignment
Communication Skills: Skilled in creating structured, audience-appropriate materials; able to convey complex concepts clearly
Stakeholder Management: Builds trust and manages expectations effectively; anticipates feedback and addresses proactively
Analytical Skills: Competent in compiling data, interpreting metrics, and assessing impact of changes
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and traditional program management approaches; understands when to apply each
Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practices
Industry Knowledge: Awareness of regulatory, legal, and operational risk considerations relevant to programs
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Engineering, IT, a related field, or relevant experience
Preferred: Master’s degree in Program Management, Business, or related discipline; professional certifications such as PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
