Please note this is a 18 months fixed-term contract.

Make an impact where finance and innovation meet. In this role, you will drive the financial insights that shape successful product transfers and strengthen operational excellence. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial clarity, predict challenges, and influence strategic decisions that move the business forward.

What You Will Do
  • Lead accurate monthly financial reporting for product transfer projects, ensuring timeliness and data integrity.
  • Forecast project costs, savings, and key financial metrics, providing visibility into short‑ and long‑term performance.
  • Partner closely with Product Transfer, Finance, and Operations teams to support project planning, execution, and business performance discussions.
  • Analyze financial results and deliver ad hoc insights that guide operational decisions and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare inputs for strategic plans and Capital Expenditure Requests to support the future direction of the facility.
  • Manage standard costing processes and ensure proper alignment with corporate policies.
  • Lead or contribute to cross‑functional process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and information flow.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate cost accounting standards and applicable legal, tax, and HR regulations.
What You Will Need Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of standard costing systems.
  • Proficiency in Polish GAAP and Polish tax regulations.
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting cross‑functional business partners.
  • Experience with cost management.
  • Experience using HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).
