A Project Manager at SoftwareOne leads professional services engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality standards. They manage planning and delivery using the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmONE), coordinating with Account Managers, Presales, and technical teams such as Solution Architects and Consultants. Additionally, they oversee collaboration with customers, corporate teams, and third-party vendors to successfully implement SoftwareOne solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, milestones, and quality standards.
Stakeholder & Client Management
Serve as the primary contact for senior-level clients, manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships.
Risk, Issue & Financial Management
Identify and mitigate risks, monitor project health, and manage costs to ensure financially healthy projects.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and support project teams, facilitate resource allocation, and promote knowledge sharing within the PMO community.
Reporting & Governance
Prepare and distribute project status reports, ensure compliance with delivery frameworks, and maintain accurate documentation in supporting systems.
Business Development & Continuous Improvement
Support presales activities, identify upsell opportunities, and drive process improvements for operational excellence.
