Build and manage products that deliver value to merchants, consumers, issuers, acquirers, and tech partners.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, engineers, architects, and global teams to develop and refine payment solutions.
- Define product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, market prioritization, and pricing.
- Work with Technology to drive implementation and product enhancements.
- Create marketing collateral and lead client engagements to boost product adoption.
- Ideate new product concepts and advance next-gen value-added services.
- Stay updated on consumer and payment tech trends, especially AI and automation.
- Proactively identify opportunities and take action to drive product success.
- Empower Visa acquirers and merchants to leverage the full capabilities of VisaNet.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Client-facing experience: supporting go-to-market strategies and collaborating directly with customers or partners.
- Experience with product development methodology.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with APIs and willingness to learn about AI-powered tools.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work creatively in a tech-driven environment.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 146,200.00 to 233,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
