Work You'll Do
As a Manager, you will lead and deliver Operate (AMS) engagements by transitioning, stabilizing, and maintaining a steady state of operations for large and medium-sized companies.
Illustrative activities include:
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues.
- Determine and anticipate client needs by supplementing the standard services with innovative approaches and continuous risk management
- Work closely with Account leadership
- Define recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
- Participate in the development, pricing, and presentation of proposals.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members.

Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of technology related project experience
- 4 years experience with ServiceNow applications and modules
- 4 years' experience project management and / or team lead
- Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- 4 years' experience in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization
- Certified ITIL Administrator

Cyber Risk Technical Resilience - (Technical and Operational Resilience) - Manager

Work you'll do
- Advise in transforming traditional disaster recovery (DR) solutions to secure, agile, scalable, always-on, technically resilient solutions across on-prem and cloud environments. Assess, design, and implement resilient architectures for clients across a diverse set of technologies including cloud, big data, risk sensing, and advanced security technologies.
- Working knowledge of current technologies (cyber security, servers and virtual systems, networking, storage, database administration, backup and recovery, cyber vaulting, software development lifecycle, replication strategies), and how these technologies are optimized in an effective enterprise architecture strategy
- Advise clients in designing and implementing cyber resilience strategies including requirements gathering, tool selection, implementation, testing, and operationalization
- Advise clients in implementing innovative risk management organizations and processes which drive resilience across the enterprise.
- Support response and recovery activities for high profile technology disruptions including cyberattacks, natural disasters, man-made disasters, and other crises scenarios.
- Engage in wargaming, technology transformation, resilience assessment, resilient design, impact analysis, risk analysis, service continuity, plan documentation, and testing and automation of failover activities.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships and participate in proposal development efforts
- Lead engagement planning, economics, and billing and identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability
- Demonstrate a general knowledge of market trends and competitor activities and assist in retention of professionals.

Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of experience with large enterprise resilience and recovery solutions
- Previous experience with data backup & replication services such as tape-based and storage array backup, synchronous and asynchronous replication, SAN or database replication, and snapshot journaling.
- Previous experience with recovery in virtualized environments including Cloud technologies, Wintel and Unix/Linux Infrastructure IT environments, software defined networks and Wide Area Network (WAN) principles.
- Experience with infrastructure or application architecture and working with on-premise and cloud technology environments
- Experience conducting disaster recovery, cyber recovery, business continuity, incident response, or cyber wargaming exercises.
- Experience directing disaster recovery, cyber recovery, cyber incident response/recovery, or business continuity (BC) program activities.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
- BA/BS in information technology or related field or significant industry work experience
Preferred:
- Experience with Cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or similar.
- Experience with big data analytics such as Splunk, Teradata, Hadoop
- Experience in DevOps organizations
- Experience with advanced network designs such as zero trust networks
- Experience with backup & recovery or data protection technologies (e.g., Dell, Rubrik, Commvault, Cohesity, etc.)
- Working knowledge of data center operations, data center facilities management and infrastructure
- Prior experience designing and implementing large scale solutions or leading systems/data center migrations is preferred
- Experience in Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS)
- Masters Degree and/or Relevant certifications: CBCP, MBCP, ABCI, MBCI, FBCI, ITIL, PMP, or Certified Data Recovery Professional (CDRP)
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,200 to $265,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
