Visa is seeking a highly skilled Manager to support its Global Talent Acquisition Compliance and Governance team by leading initiatives in AI integration, automation, data analytics and quality control checks. This role will drive innovation in recruitment compliance monitoring, ethical AI usage, and dashboard development, having the opportunity to contribute to high-impact, global initiatives at the intersection of technology, compliance, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. A background in TA compliance and Lean certification is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
AI & Automation
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment compliance and operational efficiency.
• Develop automation solutions to streamline audit processes, reporting, and risk detection.
• Ensure AI systems used in recruitment align with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Data Analytics & Dashboards
• Support the build and maintenance of advanced dashboards to monitor
compliance metrics, audit outcomes, and risk indicators as required.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for
improvement.
• Support predictive analytics initiatives to proactively manage compliance risks.
• Conduct trend analysis by region to identify and address specific issues, ensuring solutions are rolled out effectively.
Compliance & Governance
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into technical solutions and
visualizations.
• Enhance training and understanding across teams to improve compliance and support talent acquisition processes.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
• Own internal quality control checks, identify opportunities to streamline process and strengthen compliance.
• Partner with Global Mobility to drive a compliant and streamlined PERM process with strong data analysis trend reporting.
• Assist with miscellaneous projects as required.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, or automation, preferably in HR or
compliance domains.
• Manager-level experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Proven analytic skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to inform
compliance and process improvements.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for automation and data analysis.
• Expertise in dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong knowledge of TA systems and ATS platforms.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, anti-discrimination laws, and ethical AI
principles.
• Ability to manage multiple quality control checks simultaneously.
• Compliance background, especially in Talent Acquisition or data governance.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience with process improvement
methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $109,800 to $186,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
