The Manager of Partnership Marketing Strategy will support enablement of the new Partnership Marketing Strategy function to drive day-to-day integration and optimization with Global Sponsorship, Marketing Services, and other relevant Visa stakeholder groups such as the Co-Brand and Merchant teams. This role will report to the Senior Director, Partnership Marketing Strategy.
Responsibilities
- Enable the day‑to‑day execution of partnership marketing initiatives to ensure strategic vision translates into flawless execution.
- Manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and track deliverables to support activation of partnerships that strengthen brand relevance and deepen consumer engagement.
- Maintain and continuously update performance dashboards to support frameworks, metrics, and evaluation systems established by the Sr. Director.
- Coordinate partnership inputs across brand, media, product, analytics, and Marketing Services teams to embed partnership marketing strategy into broader marketing plans.
- Support identification of emerging opportunities and cultural trends by monitoring partnership performance, competitive activity, and consumer behavior.
- Ensure operational excellence across the full partnership marketing lifecycle by maintaining documentation, processes, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Prepare materials, analysis, and consolidated recommendations that guide go‑forward procurement and activation decisions for partnership opportunities.
- Serve as the central point for partnership marketing workflow management, ensuring clarity, transparency, and consistency across all partnership activities and, in particular, in association with other Sponsorship and Content Partnership leads.
- Provide logistical and program management support to maximize efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Background in marketing in financial services, tech, fintech, or the payments sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with sponsorship activation, event marketing, and integrated campaign planning.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into actionable marketing strategy.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong written and in‑person communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self‑starter who is proactive in asking questions and proposing solutions.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across regions, functions, and levels.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 134,600.00 to 215,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
